Requirements
- 8+ years experience in iGaming, social/sweepstakes casino, or real-money gaming.
- 3+ years experience in a GM, commercial, or product leadership role.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership of a gaming or digital consumer business.
- Deep knowledge of casino content, game mechanics, and the studio/aggregator landscape.
- Experience negotiating vendor commercials and managing strategic partnerships.
- Fluent in gaming KPIs (GGR/NGR, hold, ARPPU, retention).
- Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, marketing, CRM, CX, and fraud teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Sweepstakes model experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with sweepstakes compliance and promotional regulations in the US market is a plus.
- Experience launching new gaming verticals or products from zero is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for games businesses including revenue, margin, content costs, and promotional spend.
- Define strategy and roadmap to grow the sweeps casino product.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new games verticals.
- Set revenue, engagement, and retention targets for each vertical.
- Lead product direction for the games portfolio including lobby, discovery, and gamification.
- Prioritize the roadmap with Engineering and Product teams.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with game studios, aggregators, and platform vendors.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements for content economics.
- Partner with CRM, Marketing, CX, and Compliance to drive revenue and ensure safe operations.
- Build and lead the internal Games team.
