Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical quality, patient safety, risk management, clinical education, or documentation review.
  • Direct experience conducting clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies.
  • Strong command of nursing standards of practice, medication administration safety, and escalation protocols.
  • Exceptional written communication skills to produce precise and defensible findings.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding education, system redesign, or clinical practice restriction.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define high-quality clinical care standards for home infusion visits, including documentation, medication administration, and monitoring.
  • Develop clinical review criteria, decision frameworks, and escalation pathways for independent contractor nurses.
  • Investigate and resolve medication errors, adverse events, and near misses using root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
  • Create and maintain clinical policies, SOPs, and education priorities based on quality findings.
  • Represent the clinical quality function in pharmacy partner reviews and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
