Job Details

AI-first mindset with active experience using LLMs and AI tools for automation.
Strong API and integration experience including building, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience writing and shipping production-level code.
Experience translating business requirements into reliable workflows and decision logic.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage workstreams across parallel implementations.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with tools such as Postman, JSON, webhooks, and OAuth.
Hands-on LLM experience (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs) is a strong plus.
Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, Workato, or n8n is highly preferred.
Background in e-commerce/OMS (e.g., Shopify) or customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is preferred.
SaaS delivery background in customer-facing environments.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the DigitalGenius platform.
Configure workflows, AI agents, integrations, and automation logic for complex e-commerce use cases.
Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations with OMS and Helpdesk systems.
Prompt, tune, and evaluate LLM-powered components including classifications and guardrails.
Lead new use case implementation projects ensuring timely and high-quality launches.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across systems, data, and AI behavior.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to align technical delivery with business outcomes.
Contribute to product roadmap by providing feedback and identifying feature gaps.
Develop internal tools and scripts to improve team efficiency.
