- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collection efforts using voice and written channels.
- Negotiate payments and assist with account funding.
- Research and resolve collections-related inquiries via phone.
- Educate customers on account history and product details.
- Explain company protection policies and assist with funding transaction management.
- Support and tag vulnerable customers and provide insolvency support.
- Secure payment commitments and arrange follow-up communications.
- Update company systems with call outcomes and reference notes.
