Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently.
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from initial concept through to final execution.
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Learning & Development.
- Develop project plans and processes from the ground up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and drive accountability.
- Anticipate potential challenges and identify risks before they arise.
- Bring structure to complex, ambiguous initiatives.
