Requirements
- Deep understanding of Product and Design operational processes and workflows.
- Experience in product management, including backlog management, intake, and lifecycle iteration.
- Proven ability to set strategic priorities and define measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience building or leading volunteer peer networks, communities of practice, or champion programs.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with no-code/low-code AI platforms and tools.
- Ability to map and optimize complex data flows, both structured and unstructured.
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI capabilities (summarization, generation, automation, agentic workflows).
- Comfortable iterating rapidly, including sunsetting work and rebuilding as AI models evolve.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, collaborative remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI strategy for the Product and Design functions aligned with business goals.
- Map end-to-end functional workflows to identify high-impact constraints and AI optimization opportunities.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of AI project requests from across the organization.
- Build and maintain AI agents using no-code/low-code platforms to prototype solutions.
- Configure MCP servers and tools to provide agents with necessary business system access.
- Lead adoption and change management through workshops, office hours, and feedback loops.
- Develop and bridge a network of 'AI Champions' across sub-teams to scale reach.
- Monitor agent performance, track KPIs, and iterate on models and skills files based on real-world usage.
