- 2-3 years of call center experience (customer service or sales).
- Strong listening skills and professional telephone demeanor.
- Technically savvy for at-home work environment.
- Ability to work in a scripted, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Detail-oriented with good work ethics and integrity.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must have access to a personal audio/video capable laptop or desktop for initial training.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Ask qualifying questions to assess caller needs.
- Match and connect callers with appropriate insurance companies.
- Follow scripts, processes, and systems to ensure workflow quality.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals and metrics.
- Implement constructive feedback to improve performance.
