- Experience with outbound telemarketing is preferred.
- Prior experience with commission-based structures is preferred.
- Excellent attendance and work ethics.
- Strong listening skills and professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be technically savvy.
- Must provide personal audio/video capable laptop/desktop for weeklong virtual training.
- Must be able to maintain high accuracy and quality in a scripted environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
- Perform verification and qualifying questions for insurance seekers.
- Connect callers with appropriate insurance companies.
- Adhere to scripts, processes, and systems to ensure workflow quality.
- Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and professional telephone demeanor.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics and targets.
