Requirements
- 6+ years of experience shipping production software.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience with React or Next.js for frontend development.
- Proven experience leading the technical side of a delivery, including implementation planning and sequencing work.
- Strong API design and systems integration skills, particularly with legacy or complex environments.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including running discovery sessions and managing difficult stakeholders.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI agents (prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks).
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with incomplete requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel to client sites 20–30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery end to end on accounts, including discovery, architecture, build, production, and post-launch support.
- Embed with client engineering and business teams to translate complex business problems into viable technical architectures.
- Build production applications and agentic systems, including LLM-backed workflows, agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
- Design integration surfaces and perform systems integration against legacy financial platforms.
- Harden prototypes into production-ready systems by addressing security, audit trails, PII handling, and performance.
- Identify and advise on project scope to ensure solutions align with client needs and technical constraints.
- Guide client engineering teams to ensure project maintainability and scalability.
- Direct technical execution, including delegating work to other engineers on the team.
- Flag technical and project risks proactively.
