Requirements
- 4+ years building and operating production cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects or consulting engagements.
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.
- Experience with modern CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab, or Buildkite.
- Strong observability skills including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong fundamentals in networking, Linux, containers, and security.
- Prior forward-deployed or consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience hardening SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA environments is a plus.
- Serverless, data-platform, or multi-cloud routing expertise is a plus.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for tooling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own both green-field and brown-field infrastructure environments.
- Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead day-zero engagements, conduct discovery, and drive infrastructure strategy plans.
- Resolve outages and push code to prevent recurring issues.
- Mentor teams through pair programming, workshops, and documentation.
- Provide feedback from client engagements to improve internal tooling and playbooks.
