Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Aptitude to navigate software easily.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the year with overnight stays.
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify key independent agents to utilize ISC products.
- Train agents and agency employees on ISC products and processes.
- Meet with agents and their staff in their offices regularly.
- Expand territory market share by onboarding new agencies.
- Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams on business initiatives.
- Assist in the rollout of new insurance programs.
- Maintain the producer marketing database in Salesforce.
- Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
- Participate in industry trade shows to drive business.
