Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Legal Operations, Litigation Support, Intellectual Property, eDiscovery, or a related legal function.
- Strong understanding of U.S. litigation holds and legal preservation obligations.
- Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or Exterro.
- Proven experience coordinating with outside counsel on litigation, subpoenas, and investigations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Paralegal or legal operations certificate (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational support for litigation matters, including litigation holds and custodian tracking.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and Product teams to ensure preservation of electronically stored information (ESI).
- Administer eDiscovery processes, document collections, review coordination, and production tracking.
- Oversee trademark and patent portfolio administration, including docketing and budget tracking.
- Coordinate DMCA takedown requests and brand protection investigations, including trademark infringement and unauthorized reseller monitoring.
- Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, and dashboards to drive operational excellence and process automation.
