Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in coordination, documentation, or data management (e.g., product development, sourcing, or supply chain).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to independently manage tasks from assignment through completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing email-heavy communication and large volumes of information.
- Strong written communication and proactive follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to receive and store product samples at home (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with the consumer goods or housewares industry (nice-to-have).
- Experience using project management software like Asana (nice-to-have).
- Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools to improve workflows (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product documentation across all stages of development.
- Record and maintain product specifications, dimensions, materials, quotes, and inspection reports.
- Consolidate information from various communication channels into standardized Excel and SharePoint systems.
- Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners to track samples, quotations, and production updates.
- Support approximately 40+ products in development simultaneously.
- Monitor and coordinate third-party product testing activities.
- Identify and document inconsistencies between physical product samples and technical specifications.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support product development.
- Document internal workflows and recommend process improvements.
