Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a design role spanning product and marketing.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion, marketing, brand, or product design production skills.
- Strong production capabilities to quickly create launch-ready assets from existing concepts.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows for scalable asset production.
- Hands-on motion and video skills using tools like After Effects and Premiere.
- Fluent in product design tools, specifically Figma.
- Ability to work fluidly across product, marketing, and creative teams.
- Track record of shipping high-quality work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills for managing intake and setting expectations on timelines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product designers to create prototypes and assets for live events.
- Manage design for product marketing surfaces including What's New, The Report, and Social Wrapped.
- Create launch visuals and manage app store presence.
- Produce animations, video content, and educational feature explainers.
- Build and maintain a library of UI assets and demos for marketing and influencer use.
- Collaborate with the marketing website team to develop UI elements for product detail pages.
