- Proven experience in user experience, interaction quality, and visual design.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with a focus on holistic user flows.
- Ability to run generative and evaluative user research independently.
- Technical proficiency in writing production-quality frontend code.
- Experience building interactive prototypes rapidly.
- Deep understanding of industry-standard design conventions and interaction patterns.
- Strong communication skills for articulating design rationale using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve output and development speed.
- Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the experience layer across a customer journey or product surface end-to-end.
- Design and build experiences that solve real problems, ensuring they are intuitive, simple, and delightful.
- Set the bar for quality, delight, and product excellence for the design team.
- Plan and execute generative and evaluative research to ground design decisions in user behavior.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, building reusable components for web and native mobile.
- Build with AI-native workflows to accelerate research, prototyping, and code production.
- Write production-quality frontend code to implement and refine designs directly in the codebase.
- Democratize design by supporting AI-enabled workflows for cross-functional partners.
