Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Metabase.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to think from first principles and break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
- Direct communication style with ability to get buy-in from stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end execution.
- Experience working with tools such as Jupyter Hub and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and key questions before performing analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run experiments to surface actionable insights.
- Drive outcomes by making recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems.
