Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to act as an owner and take responsibility for problems outside of a primary swim lane.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills capable of influencing leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to support business unit objectives.
- Understand underlying business questions before performing analysis to ensure data informs clear decisions.
- Drive outcomes by delivering actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders in product, growth, and operations.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area including growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships.
- Act as a force multiplier by surfacing insights that move key business metrics.
