Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase.
- Experience using GitHub for version control.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership stakeholders.
- Proven experience breaking down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Understand business questions to define the right problems before beginning any analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and surface actionable data insights.
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and improve performance.
- Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations to recommend and drive strategic outcomes.
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit, such as growth marketing, product development, AI/automation, or partnerships.
