Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Metabase.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools like GitHub and Jupyter Hub.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex findings to leadership.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
- First-principles thinking with a focus on solving underlying business problems.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business unit (growth, product, AI, or partnerships) to lead analytical functions end-to-end.
- Define critical business problems and determine the necessary data, analyses, and conclusions to inform key decisions.
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Build reports and dashboards to visualize data and monitor business health.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and optimize team performance.
- Partner with stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations to recommend and drive actionable next steps.
