Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Metabase.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset and first-principles thinking.
- Comfortable working with Jupyter Hub and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems and identify the decisions they will inform.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments to track business performance.
- Run analyses and surface data insights to move team key metrics.
- Drive outcomes by presenting actionable recommendations to cross-functional counterparts.
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end.
