- Proven portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form video and design output.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut Pro and Descript.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and AI design tools.
- Experience with content scheduling platforms like Buffer or Later.
- Ability to work independently across UAE and PH time zones.
- Must be available for a weekly synchronization meeting during UAE morning hours.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form reels, match highlights, and promotional video content using CapCut Pro and Descript.
- Design graphics for game announcements, promotions, and sponsor content using Canva and AI tools.
- Develop engaging captions and community messaging using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Manage content scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using tools such as Buffer or Later.
- Oversee community engagement by managing DMs, comments, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with the game schedule.
- Coordinate with the UAE-based videographer for match-day capture assets.
