Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on short-form video editing experience (TikTok, Reels, UGC-style content).
- Ability to use and direct AI tools like Claude for content drafting and strategy.
- Strong attention to detail to correct and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and brand voice.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and brands simultaneously.
- Experience supporting Australian clients.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to bring creative ideas forward.
- Willingness to learn new tools and workflows including Notion, Opus Clip, Descript, and Higgsfield.
- Familiarity with retail, grocery, or B2C brands preferred.
- Experience with Google Business Profile management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilise AI to create, edit, and schedule short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest.
- Manage and monitor social media inboxes and comments across a portfolio of client brands.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets using AI tools like OpusClip and Claude.
- Turn raw video and photography into platform-native content, editing and improving quality with AI-assisted video software.
- Build graphics and carousels using Canva and AI design prompts.
- Draft client performance reports and manage website blog postings via AI workflows.
- Brief and coordinate external web developers on larger website projects.
- Proactively spot relevant trends and suggest content ideas to clients.
