Requirements
- 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
- 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream programs from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to define program goals, success metrics, and long‑term strategic plans.
- Strong background coordinating multiple related projects to ensure alignment and integrated delivery.
- Ability to develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Track record of monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, business, and senior leadership.
- Experience leading steering committees, executive updates, and program reviews.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and track risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Experience leading change management efforts and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies.
- Experience developing repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve consistency.
Responsibilities
- Define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategy in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
- Coordinate multiple related projects to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, business, and leadership teams.
- Lead steering committee updates, program reviews, and executive reporting.
- Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve execution consistency.
