Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
  • 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream programs from initiation to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to define program goals, success metrics, and long‑term strategic plans.
  • Strong background coordinating multiple related projects to ensure alignment and integrated delivery.
  • Ability to develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Track record of monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, business, and senior leadership.
  • Experience leading steering committees, executive updates, and program reviews.
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and track risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Experience leading change management efforts and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies.
  • Experience developing repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategy in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate organizational objectives into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Coordinate multiple related projects to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, business, and leadership teams.
  • Lead steering committee updates, program reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve execution consistency.
