Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure in production environments across both Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager/Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Strong scripting and coding abilities in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Proven experience with cloud security implementation (IAM, zero-trust, network segmentation) and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP).
- Experience with cloud cost management, FinOps practices, and cloud governance frameworks.
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale multi-cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance.
- Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation to standardize provisioning.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Establish comprehensive monitoring and incident response using Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Datadog, and Prometheus.
- Manage Azure infrastructure fundamentals including subscriptions, tenants, networking, and firewalls.
- Drive cloud cost optimization through FinOps practices using Azure Cost Management and AWS Cost Explorer.
- Enforce security and compliance standards including IAM, zero-trust, SOC 2, FedRAMP, and CMMC in partnership with the CISO.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with cloud vendors and coordinate architecture reviews.
