Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license without pending disciplinary action.
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Proficiency with computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload (30 potential bookable calendar spots).
- Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to meet clients' unique backgrounds and needs.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training to enhance clinical skills.
