Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Competency with computer and live video conferencing tools.
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of 30 potential bookable calendar spots per week.
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
- Monitor client outcomes between sessions using the digital platform.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
