Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
- Ability to work independently, without supervision
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
- Proficiency with computer and live video tools
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video
- Maintain a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client outcomes
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews
- Attend clinical skills training
