Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of food and beverage experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading teams.
  • Significant experience managing operations in fast-paced arenas, ballparks, stadiums, or comparable event-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and operations while balancing financial, operational, and client priorities.
  • Strong financial and business acumen (budgets, forecasting, P&L statements, labor costs, revenue analysis).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, and timekeeping platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Valid Food Handler’s certification and Alcohol Service Permit where required.
  • Experience working in a union environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the legal, efficient, professional, and profitable operation of multiple hospitality venues.
  • Lead and support General Managers through coaching, performance feedback, and strategic direction.
  • Own financial performance including budgets, P&L, revenue analysis, labor costs, and capital investments.
  • Drive client retention and identify opportunities for new business development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, show managers, suppliers, and venue stakeholders.
  • Authorize contracts and commercial terms within established guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent operational, safety, and sanitation standards through regular venue inspections.
