Requirements

  • 7+ years leading enterprise-wide programs, workforce initiatives, or talent strategies within HR, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global, and cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of workforce strategy, talent development, and skills-based approaches.
  • Experience building, scaling, or optimizing early-career talent programs like internships or apprenticeships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing workforce analytics, talent intelligence, and labor market data for decision support.
  • Familiarity with strategic workforce planning principles such as Build-Borrow-Buy-Place.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and executing transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent executive communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional certifications in Program Management, Project Management, Agile, or Change Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and talent teams to translate workforce demand into innovative emerging talent solutions.
  • Develop and execute global strategies for internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and other early-career pathways.
  • Utilize labor market insights, workforce analytics, and talent intelligence to inform strategic talent planning.
  • Own the full lifecycle of emerging talent programs from strategy through implementation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Establish global governance structures, operating models, and processes for consistent program execution.
  • Coordinate complex initiatives across cross-functional teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Communications.
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure program impact and talent outcomes.
