Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in paid search advertising, with hands-on experience using Google Ads.
- Experience working in an agency environment or within an e-commerce/D2C business.
- Working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign types.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with performance data.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in an organized and reliable manner.
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback, asking questions, and applying guidance quickly.
- Curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding the strategic reasoning behind campaign decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership and transparency, with the confidence to proactively flag account issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Relevant Google Ads certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, or similar collaboration and project management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage daily account activities, including bid adjustments, budget pacing, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy testing, and audience management.
- Execute testing frameworks, analyze results, and communicate findings and recommendations to the SEM Lead.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, and spend pacing, proactively identifying anomalies, risks, and underperformance.
- Maintain accurate performance reports, account documentation, and campaign change logs across assigned accounts.
- Support preparation of data, insights, and reporting materials for client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with the SEM Lead and cross-functional teams to align execution with client priorities.
- Stay informed about platform updates, new advertising features, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
