Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous works.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Experience working within an established brand identity.
- Strong Canva skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and professional print production.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong creative instinct and confidence to provide constructive creative direction.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Canva templates and brand assets for the team.
- Design posters, signage, social media graphics, and campaign collateral.
- Assist with beer labels, packaging, menus, and merchandise.
- Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across colors, typography, imagery, and overall look and feel.
- Build an organized library of brand assets and templates.
- Translate business briefs into cohesive, on-brand creative content.
- Propose creative concepts and ideas to improve brand presence.
