Requirements
- Strong GNU/Linux fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with containers.
- Practical Kubernetes knowledge, or very strong relevant fundamentals.
- Experience building, maintaining, or improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Software-development experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Ability to independently own technical implementation.
- Understanding of modern software-engineering practices, including testing and version control.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve product-platform components and tooling using Python and TypeScript.
- Evolve the application from a monolithic structure toward cleaner modules or services.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a next-generation container-based deployment model.
- Build, improve, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure.
- Improve the reliability and ease of local product development.
- Work with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Troubleshoot issues across application, runtime, container, Linux, and CI/CD boundaries.
- Apply engineering practices around testing, observability, and software hardening.
