Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building backend software in C#/.NET.
- Track record of decoupling backend logic from UI or desktop layers.
- Proven experience containerizing production applications with Docker.
- Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience packaging software for on-prem or customer-hosted environments.
- Knowledge of install, upgrade, configuration, and secrets management.
- Proficiency in using AI tooling and interest in building agent-facing tooling.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to deployment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Extract .NET backend logic from desktop dependencies to run headless.
- Containerize production applications using Docker with multi-stage builds.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and publishing.
- Develop on-prem installation, upgrade, and licensing flows for customer environments.
- Contribute to AI-native platform architecture, including MCP servers and agent-facing skills.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of development and deployment tasks.
