Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production-grade data engineering systems at scale.
- Deep fluency in Python.
- Proficiency with Airflow and dbt with a strong grasp of data modeling and ETL principles.
- Experience provisioning and managing AWS resources including EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS.
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable modern cloud data warehouses.
- Proven experience building production AI/LLM systems such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool integrations (e.g., MCP servers).
- Platform-minded approach to building scalable data infrastructure.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with analysts and data scientists to translate needs into infrastructure.
- Active interest and experience in leveraging AI to move faster and improve output.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale data pipelines for ingestion into Snowflake with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Design and ship agentic systems that automate pipeline generation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines to help data scientists operationalize models.
- Implement and improve data monitoring across complex, multi-system user journeys.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on data modeling and the reliability of shared data assets.
- Partner with product, analyst, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
