Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license in state of primary residence and Oregon.
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider.
- DEA License.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Current PMHNP or PA-C certification.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed approach and harm reduction modeling.
- Comfortable working in a fully-remote clinical environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Willingness to obtain or hold DATA waiver for medication-assisted treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for mental health and substance use disorders across all ages.
- Manage psychopharmacological treatment for psychiatric conditions.
- Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD (Data waiver required or willing to learn).
- Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical services.
- Complete documentation, rating scales, and treatment plans.
- Support both scheduled and walk-in patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PCPs, pediatricians, and counselors.
