Requirements
- 11+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Substantial experience delivering and operating production-scale software.
- Proven technical leadership in architecture and complex technical decision-making.
- Extensive programming experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Proven experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience applying frontier AI/LLM models at scale.
- Experience building or operating LLM-powered or agentic products in production.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for model-driven products.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex technical problems.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, design, implementation, and evolution of AI-powered code review systems.
- Define agent reasoning processes, including context usage and model integration.
- Collaborate with research and model teams to translate AI advancements into production code review features.
- Establish and improve high-quality AI code review definitions through offline and online experimentation.
- Own the end-to-end review experience across CLI, IDE, and pull request workflows.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of high-throughput distributed services via on-call participation.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers while driving technical direction across teams.
