Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in software development and test automation.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of core Python and object-oriented programming principles.
- Practical experience with at least one major Python web framework (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as pytest, unittest, and Selenium (Playwright is a plus).
- Solid understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL API development, integration, testing, and documentation.
- Strong database skills, including writing complex queries for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Proficiency with Git and experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software quality, debugging, defect management, maintainability, and secure development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and secure Python code for backend services and microservices.
- Build, integrate, and document secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks covering unit, integration, backend, UI, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high standards for Python development.
- Write and optimize complex queries across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
