Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous user research and interviews to identify and prioritize user pain points.
- Analyze data to gather actionable insights for product development.
- Define and drive squad-level OKRs and roadmaps based on company objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Product-centered engineers to iterate on product solutions.
- Apply an MVP-first approach to feature development and project implementation.
- Contribute to product team growth through mentoring and process improvement.
