- Full fluency in German is required.
- Proven professional experience in Product Management at a scale-up or large tech company.
- Strong ability to develop convictions about user needs based on feedback and data.
- Strong and structured communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead squads.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and break them into actionable tasks.
- Hands-on mindset, willing to assist with educational content and enablement as needed.
- Curiosity about accounting or finance is expected.
- Experience with German accounting is considered a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous user research and interviews to identify pain points and gather insights.
- Define OKRs and build product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineering squads to develop and ship solutions.
- Adopt an iterative MVP approach to feature development and project implementation.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including commercial teams, to ensure product success.
