Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst working closely with product teams.
- Strong background in scale-up environments.
- Seasoned proficiency in SQL and dbt.
- Strong experience with product analytics and event-based platforms such as Amplitude.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong business and product acumen with the ability to link usage to business impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering partners.
- Highly collaborative and capable of prioritizing business-led actions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behaviors across product frontend experiences using tools like Amplitude and data warehouse data.
- Identify adoption patterns, friction points, risks, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Convert behavioral data into clear, strategic insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for Product leaders by anticipating research needs and framing analyses.
- Develop a product measurement mindset across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Define success metrics and ensure tracking implementation is pragmatic and actionable.
- Contribute to data modeling in the data warehouse using dbt.
