Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in dbt.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift.
- Experience with Amplitude.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record as a trusted partner.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Do-er attitude with experience in MVP approaches.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Germany-based Product and Business leaders to feed strategy and anticipate key questions.
- Leverage analytical and statistical skills to conduct rigorous analyses and steer decision-making.
- Contribute to data models in the data warehouse using dbt.
- Support the self-service analytics approach to promote a data-driven culture.
- Shape the Data Engineering roadmap to optimize the data platform experience.
- Collaborate with product squads and business teams, including CS, AMs, and Ops.
