Requirements
- Strong track record of leading product design teams, ideally within B2B organizations.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- Significant experience collaborating directly with senior executives, including C-level and executive committees.
- Ability to simplify, synthesize, and translate complex issues for non-expert audiences.
- Strong design mindset and an excellent eye for design to provide creative input.
- Experience fostering an inclusive, open, and engaged design team culture.
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with experience working closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Skilled in prioritizing business-led actions on a daily basis.
- Comfortable with an ever-shifting work environment.
Responsibilities
- Scale and level-up your team of 5 product designers by hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
- Identify strategic UX opportunities to improve user productivity and drive these initiatives with product and engineering partners.
- Orchestrate user research to understand user behaviors and needs, converting findings into actionable insights.
- Measure the impact of design on business performance and oversee critical strategic directions.
- Establish and drive design best practices, processes, and consistency across the team.
- Partner closely with design operations and cross-functional teams to balance speed, quality, and business goals.
