Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Mastery of Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in a JS Framework (Vue/Nuxt) is a major plus.
- Fluent in French & English (B2/C1).
- Efficiency using AI tools (LLMs, Copilots, etc.) and automation.
- Experience with data tool integration (GTM, Segment) or visualization (Datastudio, Looker) is ideal.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like paid acquisition, conversion, and SEO.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including Data, Sales, and Marketing.
- Energetic approach to an ever-shifting startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and refine the infrastructure supporting internationalization.
- Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows to streamline lead acquisition.
- Implement and enhance sophisticated visitor tracking systems.
- Design and develop robust APIs for ecosystem connectivity.
- Launch experiments including A/B tests, white-label integrations, and predictive lead scoring.
- Maintain and optimize the public website and registration funnels for peak conversion.
