Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Ability to efficiently use AI to assist in daily product delivery.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
- Proficiency in making significant changes in large codebases safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of personal growth and seek feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team while leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and risks.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts through monitoring, metrics, and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards.
