Requirements
- 1+ year of professional or internship experience supporting Talent Acquisition and interview scheduling
- Proficiency with ATS, Greenhouse preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and see them to completion with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintain highly confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack
- Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources
- Demonstrated success in interviewing
- Proficiency with scheduling tool, GoodTime preferred
- Experience with global teams
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
- Partner with Talent Partners to communicate expectations and ensure candidates and hiring teams have a positive interview experience
- Work with Talent Partners to understand candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting
- Track status of candidates in the interview process and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on feedback and status updates
- Participate in all India kickoff calls ensure a smooth interview process has been developed
- Open requisitions and build interview plans in ATS
- Interact professionally and positively with all business partners in the organization
- Ad Hoc projects and reporting
