Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5–8 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and multi-threaded system design.
- Proven experience building or operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of data consistency, performance, and database fundamentals.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with AdTech concepts (real-time bidding, auctions).
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve high-throughput, low-latency backend services focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Own projects end-to-end from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and enhance Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and auction capabilities with demand-side and supply-side partners.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate monetization requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate AI tools into daily engineering workflows for development, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish team standards for quality and observability.
