Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound and inbound phone-based sales or telemarketing
- Native or C1+ Spanish (CEFR) and C1+ English (CEFR) proficiency
- Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with telephony or customer service platforms such as Zendesk
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales or call-volume targets
- Experience explaining complex financial information like billing and insurance
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or patient-facing environments (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with patient onboarding, scheduling, or insurance verification (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective families
- Guide patients through the onboarding process
- Explain complex billing and insurance information
- Navigate objections and difficult conversations
- Ensure completion of consent forms and diagnostic uploads
- Act as a liaison between families and clinical providers
- Surface technical issues to product and engineering teams
