Background in fast-paced consumer, DTC, or wellness brands.
Proven experience in interim leadership or stepping into established organizations.
Track record of orchestrating complex, multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
Experience leading cross-functional projects from definition through execution.
Exceptional project management skills with fluency in tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
Comfort leveraging AI tools such as Claude or Copilot for workflow efficiency.
Ability to prioritize effectively in an ambiguous environment.

Provide maternity-leave coverage for the Senior Director of Brand Marketing’s cross-functional orchestration responsibilities.
Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, product innovation launches, and programs.
Lead 1-2 high-priority projects to advance marketing objectives.
Run core marketing operating rhythms including weekly GTM meetings to ensure visibility into progress and risks.
Identify and implement process efficiency improvements across briefs, handoffs, and go-to-market workflows.
Serve as a central connector across brand, growth, creative, lifecycle/CRM, product, and retail teams.
Provide leadership with concise reporting on project status and decision needs.
Document processes and recommendations to support a seamless transition.
