Requirements
- Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust).
- Experience leading and delivering projects from gathering requirements to shipping to customers.
- Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or experience with systems engineering.
- Experience being on-call and following the DevOps model.
- Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software.
- Familiarity with observability systems (metrics, logs, traces).
- Comfortable with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience and comfort developing with LLMs like Claude and Codex.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems while owning reliability, performance, and availability.
- Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services.
- Work with the team to deliver new features, then iterate and improve based on results.
- Contribute to open-source projects and engage in design discussions.
- Support team members and review PRs and design documents.
