Requirements
- Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust)
- Proven experience leading and delivering projects from requirements to production shipping
- Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or extensive systems engineering background
- Experience with DevOps model and being on-call
- Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software
- Comfortable working with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with observability systems (metrics, logs, traces)
- Experience and comfort developing with LLMs like Claude and Codex
- Motivated self-starter with a bias towards action and customer focus
- Strong time management and communication skills for a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
- Work with your team to deliver new features and iterate based on results
- Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and availability
- Participate in team follow-the-sun on-call rotations
- Support team members through design discussions and collaboration
- Contribute to open-source projects beyond the immediate team scope
